Lebanon will remain under the influence of a hot air mass through Tuesday, with temperatures staying above seasonal averages and peaking on Sunday, when they are expected to reach 41°C in inland areas. High humidity along the coast will make conditions feel even hotter. Authorities warn against direct sun exposure and the risk of wildfires in forested areas.
Saturday: Partly cloudy with a slight rise in temperatures, especially over mountainous and inland regions. Humidity will remain high along the coast, increasing the heat index, while winds will become active in southern Lebanon in the evening.
Sunday: Partly cloudy with a marked increase in temperatures, particularly inland and along the coast. Humidity will decrease, but hot conditions will persist. Winds will occasionally strengthen in the south, raising the risk of wildfires.
