State Security Chief and Chinese Ambassador discuss bilateral security cooperation
State Security Director General Major General Edgar Lawandos received Chinese Ambassador to Lebanon Chen Chuandong at the State Security headquarters.
According to a statement issued by the General Directorate of State Security, discussions focused on developments in Lebanon and the region, as well as ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation, particularly in the security field.
The two sides explored mechanisms to enhance coordination between relevant authorities and facilitate the exchange of expertise and information, with the aim of serving mutual interests and reinforcing security and stability.
