MP Bilal Abdallah wrote on X: With the Constitutional Council rejecting the appeal against the law on reducing sentences, we have turned the page on a political chapter that targeted a Lebanese group for daring to openly support change in Syria.
Thank you to the three presidents, and thank you to the parliamentary majority that stood on the side of justice. It is time to put an end to the inhumane overcrowding in prisons. What matters now is to expedite trials.
