19th phase of government plan for Syrian refugee returns begins
Lebanon’s General Directorate of General Security organized the 19th phase of the Lebanese government’s plan for the organized return of Syrian displaced persons from Lebanon to Syria, in cooperation with UNHCR, IOM, the Lebanese Red Cross and humanitarian organizations.
The return operation was carried out from the gathering point at the Rashid Karami International Fair in Tripoli, through the General Security border center in Masnaa.
