President Aoun: Political pressure doesn't affect me
President Joseph Aoun stressed that the law on reducing sentences does not apply to criminals, and a balance must be struck between justice and the public interest.
Speaking during a meeting with a delegation from the Sunni MPs’ bloc, President Aoun stressed that terrorism has no sect or religion. What matters to me is the public interest, and I am not affected by media hype or political pressure.
