Berri meets Jaber and Amilieh Association delegation in separate meetings
Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri received Finance Minister Yassine Jaber at the Second Presidency headquarters in Ain al-Tineh.
The discussion focused on the country’s general developments, particularly the financial situation, as well as the latest political and field updates.
Speaker Berri also received a delegation from the Board of Trustees of the Amilieh Islamic Philanthropic Association, headed by its chairman Youssef Mohammad Baydoun, in the presence of MP Mohammad Khawaja, Development and Liberation parliamentary bloc member. Discussions focused on a number of educational matters and the existing challenges.
The delegation briefed Speaker Berri on the association’s work program and activities.
