Scorching Week Ahead as Heat Intensifies
The Estimates Department at the Meteorological Service of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation forecast that the weather tomorrow will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with no significant change in temperatures. Humidity levels will remain high along the coast, increasing the feeling of heat, while fog is expected to form over mid-altitude mountains during the evening.
The weather bulletin stated the following:
A relatively humid summer weather pattern is affecting Lebanon, with temperatures remaining within seasonal averages until Tuesday. Starting Tuesday, the region will be affected by a relatively hot air mass originating from the Arabian Peninsula, causing temperatures to rise above seasonal averages, particularly over mountainous and inland areas. Temperatures are expected to peak on Thursday, with the hot conditions continuing until Saturday.
Expected weather in Lebanon:
Monday: Partly cloudy skies with no significant change in temperatures along the coast. High humidity will increase the feeling of heat, while temperatures will rise slightly in inland and mountainous areas. Fog will form over mid-altitude mountains from the afternoon.
Tuesday: Partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with no significant change in temperatures. Humidity will remain high along the coast, increasing the feeling of heat. Fog is expected over mid-altitude mountains during the evening.
Wednesday: Partly cloudy with a rise in temperatures, reaching around 38°C inland. Fog is also expected over mid-altitude mountains during the evening.
Thursday: Partly cloudy with a further rise in temperatures, while high humidity will continue along the coast and in mid-altitude mountainous areas, increasing the feeling of heat.

Mountains: 20–30°C
Inland areas: 20–35°C
