Saudi Crown Prince Invites President Aoun to Visit Saudi Arabia
A phone call took place between President Joseph Aoun and Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, during which they discussed the latest developments in Lebanon and the wider region.
During the call, the Crown Prince reaffirmed Saudi Arabia's support for Lebanon at this critical time, as well as for the choices adopted by President Aoun to safeguard Lebanon's sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity.
The Saudi Crown Prince also renewed the Kingdom's commitment to assisting Lebanon in all areas it needs, in line with the priorities set by the Lebanese government. He also extended an invitation to President Aoun to visit Saudi Arabia to discuss issues of mutual interest between the two countries.
President Aoun thanked His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz for his supportive stance toward Lebanon and for the measures taken to assist the country and strengthen its economy. He also expressed his gratitude for the invitation to visit the Kingdom, promising to accept it.
