Lebanese Army Expands Deployment in Zawtar al-Gharbiyeh
The Army Command - Directorate of Guidance issued the following statement:
Further to the previous statement regarding the continuation of the Army’s missions in the southern areas, military units began deploying this morning in the town of Zawtar al-Gharbiyeh - Nabatieh, based on ongoing coordination with the Military Coordination Group for Lebanon (MCG4L).
The Army Command reiterates its call on citizens not to head to the town until the security situation stabilizes, and to comply with the instructions of the deployed military units to ensure their safety.
