Prime Minister Nawaf Salam has received a delegation representing Lebanon’s free professions syndicates at the Grand Serail.
Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Beirut Bar Association President Imad Martinosstressed the need for Lebanese citizens to rally behind legitimate state institutions and called for an urgent national dialogue to unify efforts and address the country’s challenges.
Martinos noted that Israeli attacks continue despite Lebanese and international calls for a ceasefire and the protection of civilians, warning that such actions undermine prospects for a just and lasting solution that would secure Lebanon’s stability and sovereignty.
He affirmed that the free professions syndicates stand alongside the state, its institutions and the Lebanese people, placing their expertise and capabilities at the service of national unity and institutional governance.
Martinos concluded by expressing confidence in Salam’s leadership and his ability to guide Lebanon toward recovery and stability.
