Macron Makes Major Announcement Concerning Lebanon!
French President Emmanuel Macron announced that France will hold a conference to support the Lebanese army after Israel’s parliamentary elections.
Speaking to reporters in the Qatari capital, Macron said: We will also coordinate efforts to support the Lebanese army, and France will hold a conference in the coming weeks… I believe it would be pointless to do so before the Israeli elections.
Israelis will go to the polls on October 27 in an election expected to be closely contested. The next government’s composition will depend on which side succeeds in forming a governing coalition amid deep political divisions.
