Photos: Damage left by overnight Israeli airstrikes
Israeli warplanes carried out a series of airstrikes shortly after midnight between Saturday and Sunday, targeting Nabatieh al-Fawqa, the outskirts of Kfartebnit, and the town of Maifadoun, where a house was completely destroyed.
The Doha area of Kfarremman came under heavy artillery shelling, which also hit Wadi Zebqine, the outskirts of Mazraat al-Shoumerieh and the town of Al-Qusayr.
The Israeli army also conducted a sweep using heavy machine guns, targeting the towns of Beit Yahoun and Srifa, as well as Wadi Zebqine.
