Geagea broaches latest developments with French Ambassador
Lebanese Forces Party leader Samir Geagea met in Maarab with France’s new Ambassador to Lebanon, Patrick Durel, on his first visit since assuming his diplomatic mission in the country.
Ambassador Durel was accompanied by Political Adviser Raphaelle Samama.
The meeting was also attended by former minister and head of the Lebanese Forces’ Foreign Relations Department Richard Kouyoumjian and department official Tony Darwish.
The discussions focused on the latest local, regional, and international developments.
Geagea wished the new French Ambassador success in his new mission in Lebanon.
Geagea and Durel also held a private meeting that lasted around half an hour.
