A Hot Start to September... Humidity and Fog
The Meteorological Department at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation expects relatively hot summer weather to prevail over Lebanon and the eastern Mediterranean basin in the coming days, with temperatures above seasonal averages.

Wednesday: Generally partly cloudy, with localized fog over the mountains and a slight drop in temperatures, which will remain above seasonal averages. Humidity will remain high along the coast, increasing the feeling of heat.
Thursday: Partly cloudy, with localized fog over the mountains and a further slight drop in temperatures.
Friday: Partly cloudy to cloudy, with no significant change in temperatures. Dense fog will form over the mountains from the afternoon onward.
Surface winds: Southwesterly, ranging between 15 and 30 km/h.
Visibility: Moderate along the coast. Occasionally reduced over the mountains due to fog.
