Aoun receives Romania’s candidate for Secretary-General of La Francophonie
President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, received Romania’s candidate for the position of Secretary-General of the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF), Dacian Cioloș.
The Romanian candidate briefed President Aoun on his vision for the future of La Francophonie, ways to strengthen it enhance and strengthen its role globally, and the need for it to keep pace with modern developments, particularly in the field of technology.
