Salam chairs cabinet session at Grand Serail
Prime Minister Nawaf Salam is currently presiding over a Cabinet session at the Grand Serail, to hear a presentation by the Finance Minister on the Finance Ministry’s report on the 2027 draft state budget, and begin discussions on the related draft law.
The Cabinet session is attended by Deputy Prime Minister Tarek Mitri, and Ministers of Finance Yassin Jaber, National Defense Major General Michel Menassa, Energy and Water Joe Saddi, Tourism Laura Khazen, Social Affairs Haneen Sayed, Trade and Economy Amer Bsat, the Displaced and Information Technology Affairs Kamal Shehadeh, Interior and Municipalities Brigadier General Ahmad Al-Hajjar, Justice Adel Nassar, Telecommunications Charles Hajj, Youth and Sports Nora Bayrakdarian, Industry Joe Issa Khoury, Administrative Development Affairs Fadi Makki, Labor Mohammed Haidar, Public Works and Transport Fayez Rasamny, Agriculture Nizar Hani, Information Paul Morcos, Envirnoment Tamara El-Zein, Public Health Rakan Nasreddine.
The session is also attended by the Director-General of the Presidency Dr. Antoine Choucair, and the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Judge Mahmoud Makkieh.
