Summer Weather at Its Peak in the Coming Days
The Meteorological Department of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation expects Wednesday’s weather to be partly cloudy, with localized fog over the mountains and a slight further drop in temperatures.
General weather conditions: Hot summer weather will continue to prevail over Lebanon and the eastern Mediterranean, with temperatures above seasonal averages in the coming days. Conditions will become relatively moderate starting Friday.
Average temperatures for September: Tripoli: 22–32°C; Beirut: 24–32°C; Zahle: 16–32°C.

Wednesday: Generally partly cloudy, with localized fog over the mountains and a slight drop in temperatures, which will remain above seasonal averages. Humidity will be high along the coast, increasing the heat sensation.
Thursday: Partly cloudy, with localized fog over the mountains and a further slight drop in temperatures.
Friday: Partly cloudy to occasionally cloudy, with little change in temperatures over the mountains and inland areas, while temperatures will drop slightly along the coast, returning to seasonal averages. Dense fog will develop over the mountains from the afternoon onward.
Saturday: Partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with little change in temperatures along the coast and over the mountains, while temperatures will rise inland. Fog will form over the mountains.
