Army Warns Citizens Away from Military Drill Zones in Bekaa
The Directorate of Orientation of the Lebanese Armed Forces issued the following statement:
“Army units will conduct training exercises on May 21, 2026, starting at 7:30 am until completion, in the areas of Qaa–Baalbek and Sahl al-Kneisseh–Kfarkouk. The exercises will include live-fire drills using heavy weapons.
Accordingly, the Army Command urges citizens not to approach the exercise zones at the aforementioned times and locations.”
