Closure of a drinking water bottling facility
As part of the monitoring campaigns conducted by the Ministry of Public Health, in coordination with the Health Committee of Abbassiyeh Municipality, to inspect drinking water filling facilities and ensure compliance with approved health standards, a drinking water filling facility in Abbassiyeh was shut down for failing to meet the health requirements and standards set by the ministry.
The closure followed an on-site inspection carried out by a health inspector at the direction of Dr. Wissam Ghazal, head of the Tyre district medical department.
