Prisoner dies in custody at Miziara Police Station in Zgharta
Tony Frangieh, born in 1948, died inside the detention cell at Miziara police station in the Zgharta district after suffering a sudden medical emergency, before being transferred to a hospital.
According to information, the detainee had been suffering from health problems and had been held at the station for about a week. The necessary procedures have been initiated to determine the circumstances of his death.
