Aoun to Ain Ebel delegation: Resilience of border-town residents is a source of pride
President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, received a delegation from the southern border town of Ain Ebel, where he affirmed that the steadfastness of the residents of the southern border towns, from Shebaa to the coast, is a source of pride and honor.
President Aoun stressed that the state stands by the people of the border areas, emphasizing efforts to strengthen the conditions for their resilience, and that state institutions and agencies will be present to support them, in recognition of their sacrifices.
Aoun also praised the efforts of the Papal Nuncio and his humanitarian and relief initiatives, expressing hope that the suffering of the residents will come to an end as soon as possible.
