The Israeli military is expected to carry out a partial withdrawal from the Yellow Line in southern Lebanon, according to a source cited by Haaretz, which reported that the Lebanese Army would operate in the evacuated areas under U.S. supervision.
Meanwhile, Israeli media quoted an official as saying that Washington is showing understanding of Israel's position regarding Lebanon.
