Aoun Reviews CDR's Operations and Upcoming Plans
President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, reviewed with the President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), Mohammed Kabbani, along with vice presidents Ibrahim Shahrour and Youssef Karam, and Secretary-General Ghassan Khairallah, the Council’s ongoing operations and the plans outlined for the upcoming phases, as well as the challenges and difficulties it is facing amid current circumstances.
