The Meteorological Department at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation forecasts that relatively stable spring weather will prevail over Lebanon and the eastern Mediterranean, with temperatures remaining within seasonal averages until Sunday. During this period, the region will be affected by relatively cold air masses, particularly impacting mountainous and inland areas.
A warning has been issued regarding the formation of strong sea currents and rising waves on Sunday and Monday.

Friday: Partly cloudy with dense fog over mid-altitude mountains. Temperatures will remain largely unchanged on the coast, while a slight drop is expected over the mountains and inland areas.
Saturday: Mostly fair to partly cloudy with fog over the highlands. Temperatures will remain stable inland and over the mountains, while rising slightly along the coast, accompanied by a decrease in humidity. Winds will occasionally strengthen, especially in northern Lebanon, with rising sea waves.
Sunday: Partly cloudy with fog over the mountains and a drop in temperatures, especially over highlands and inland areas, where values will fall below seasonal averages. Winds will strengthen, particularly in the north, leading to higher sea waves.
Monday: Mostly fair to partly cloudy with a rise in temperatures, especially over the mountains and inland, while winds remain active.
Visibility: Good on the coast, deteriorating over mid-altitudes due to fog.
