Hajjar receives British Ambassador, discusses latest developments
Minister of Interior Ahmad Hajjar received British Ambassador to Lebanon Hamish Cowell, at his ministry office, with discussions focusing on the latest political developments on the domestic scene, as well as the situation in Lebanon and the broad region.
The meeting also provided Ambassador Cowell with an overview of the work of the Ministry’s Central Operations Room, which is considered one of its key pillars due to the pivotal role it plays in managing and following up on various files among the relevant authorities.
Minister Hajjar thanked Ambassador Cowell for the support provided by the United Kingdom to the Ministry of Interior and its affiliated agencies, praising the level of cooperation between the two sides.
