The Israeli military announced that as part of its forward defense effort, military units 91, 146, and 36 continue to carry out raids and concentrated ground operations in southern Lebanon against Hezbollah.
In a post on X, the army added: “So far, more than 2,000 terrorist targets have been struck, including approximately 120 Hezbollah command posts, over 100 weapons depots, and more than 130 rocket launch sites. Over 570 Hezbollah militants have been eliminated, including roughly 220 members of the Radwan Force, around 150 from the rocket units, two commanders equivalent to the rank of major general, four at the equivalent of brigadier general, eight at colonel, and 22 at the level of battalion commander.”
The statement continued: “The Israeli army will continue to operate with strength and determination against Hezbollah and will not allow harm to the citizens of the State of Israel.”
