Nidaa Al-Watan reported in its “Asrar” section that some municipalities in southern Lebanon have begun distributing money to individuals in the form of loans to fund small projects and support private business owners.
This comes as most municipalities in the south are struggling with a shortage of financial resources, raising questions about the source of the funds.
