A Mini Winter Spell Is On The Way!
The Meteorological Department at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation expects partly cloudy to cloudy weather tomorrow, with a further drop in temperatures and scattered morning showers in northern areas. The rain is expected to be accompanied by lightning, thunder and active winds. Rainfall will gradually subside from the afternoon, with weather conditions stabilizing in the evening, while fog will continue to form over the mountains, resulting in poor visibility.
The department’s forecast said:
General situation: Unsettled autumn weather is affecting Lebanon and the eastern Mediterranean, with light rainfall. The conditions will continue over the next two days before the weather becomes stable starting Wednesday morning.
Average temperatures for October: Tripoli: 20–28°C; Beirut: 21–29°C; Zahle: 13–27°C.
