President Aoun receives Arbid’s memo on rising cost-of-living pressures
President Joseph Aoun received a memorandum from Head of Economic, Social, and Environmental Council Charles Arbid on the current economic and social conditions and cost-of-living pressures.
The memorandum included a set of proactive and preventive proposals aimed at safeguarding social stability, including the launch of a national economic and social dialogue to develop specific measures to restore confidence and ensure the success of the recovery process.
