MFM Sources: Hage wants “day recharge” service regulated by month’s end
MFM sources have reported that the goal of Telecommunications Minister Charles Hage is not to prevent citizens from accessing day recharge services, but rather to ensure that those who need them can benefit from them and prevent merchants from exploiting the service.
The sources added that “the Ministry of Telecommunications has launched investigations to determine who carried out deals and circumvented the state’s interests in the day recharge file,” noting that Minister Hage asked the two telecom companies to put forward a plan to regulate the day recharge process as soon as possible and before the end of the current month.
