U.S. Embassy Reveals Details on Rome Negotiations
The U.S. Embassy in Lebanon announced that “the talks between Lebanon and Israel in Rome concluded after two days of productive and positive discussions.”
The embassy said that “a structure and operational guidelines for the pilot areas were agreed upon, with final arrangements to be completed and implementation set to begin in the coming days.”
It added: “We will now move to expanded technical discussions focused on implementing all provisions of the tripartite framework, with the aim of reaching a comprehensive agreement between Lebanon and Israel.”
