Aoun Condemns Attacks on Bahrain, Kuwait, Reaffirms Solidarity
President of the Republic Joseph Aoun condemned the attacks targeting Bahrain and Kuwait, describing them as a flagrant violation of both countries’ sovereignty, territorial integrity, international law and the UN Charter.
Aoun expressed Lebanon’s full solidarity with Bahrain, Kuwait and the Gulf states, stressing that their security is an integral part of Arab and regional security. He also renewed his call for restraint, de-escalation, and prioritizing dialogue and diplomacy to safeguard regional stability and protect its peoples.
