Rahi reviews agricultural development projects in Diman
Maronite Patriarch, Bechara Boutros al-Rahi, toured the Maronite Patriarchate’s agricultural projects in Diman, inspecting the rehabilitation of Chaqif reservoir, irrigation works, and the newly built Baaliya lake, which supports apple orchards, cherry trees and trout farming. He also visited a historic cherry orchard near Abu Fraa spring. The tour underscored the Patriarchate’s commitment to sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation and the development of its lands.
