Lebanese MP Faces Judicial Summons
According to MTV's website sources, the Lebanese judiciary will soon send a memorandum to the Canadian authorities requesting the summoning of MP Georges Boujikian, who is currently in Canada after fleeing justice.
The move, which the Lebanese judiciary had delayed taking, was pursued by Public Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation Ahmad Rami Al-Hajj, who followed up on the case and ensured it proceeded through its proper legal course.
