Artillery shelling, clashes, and home demolitions mark overnight escalation in southern Lebanon
Israeli enemy forces launched a number of artillery shells toward the towns of Majdal Zoun, Mansouri, and Bayt al-Sayyad.
The shelling quickly resumed, accompanied by heavy machine-gun fire that also reached Biyyadah, where clashes took place between elements of Hezbollah and enemy forces.
During the night, the enemy also fired illumination flares over villages in the western and central sectors. In the city of Bint Jbeil, the enemy demolished a number of homes in the Jabbana neighborhood.
At dawn, several artillery shells were fired at the outskirts of Ghandourieh.
