Aoun Holds Phone Call With Saudi Crown Prince, Discusses Key Issues
President Joseph Aoun held a phone call with Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, during which he thanked him for his personal support and for Saudi Arabia’s backing of Lebanon, as well as its continued support for the Lebanese people, particularly during the difficult circumstances they are going through.
The Crown Prince reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s support for Lebanon and the Lebanese people, and its commitment to working toward ending their suffering.
The call also covered the general situation in Lebanon and the region in light of recent developments.
