Army chief receives Public Works Minister, UNHCR’s Freijsen, head of Maronite League
Lebanon's Army Commander, General Rodolph Haykal, received at his Yarzeh office, Minister of Public Works and Transport Fayez Rasamny.
Maj. Gen. Haykal then received the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representative in Lebanon Ivo Freijsen.
The discussion reportedly touched on the country’s general situation.
The army chief also met also received the head of the Maronite League Khalil Karam as well as Father Tony Khadra, who headed a delegation from the Labora Association.
