For the second day, Finance Minister Yassine Jaber led Lebanon’s delegation at the annual meetings of Arab financial institutions in Kuwait, engaging with regional and international counterparts, including the IMF and World Bank.
As chair of the Arab Monetary Fund’s Board of Governors, Jaber opened the plenary session and steered discussions on global tax challenges and fair fiscal practices.
Jaber reaffirmed Lebanon’s commitment to structural reforms, digital governance, and shifting to a productive economy.
On the sidelines, Jaber met with Lebanese expatriates, emphasizing their vital role in national recovery and investment.
