President Aoun holds several talks
President of the Republic Joseph Aoun discussed domestic affairs, regional developments and efforts to improve electricity generation with MP Neemat Frem.
During the meeting, Frem commended Aoun’s positions aimed at safeguarding Lebanon’s sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity, while asserting state authority throughout the country.
Separately, Aoun received former minister and MP Michel Pharaon, who briefed him on the outcome of discussions with intellectuals and political figures concerning an initiative advocating Lebanon’s neutrality.
The consultations are being documented in preparation for the publication of the second volume of a book dedicated to the initiative.
