The Ministry of State for Technology and Artificial Intelligence has concluded the first round of consultations on Sabil, an AI-powered platform designed to map, analyze, simplify and improve government administrative procedures.
According to a ministry statement, Minister Dr. Kamal Chehadeh invited representatives of ministries and public institutions to participate in initial testing sessions aimed at gathering feedback and verifying administrative requirements, particularly for frequently used public services.
Sabil seeks to improve access to government services by providing clear information on procedures, required documents, eligibility criteria and applicable fees.
The platform also equips public institutions with AI-powered tools to streamline procedures, reduce administrative burdens and improve operational efficiency.
The ministry said the consultations marked an important step toward modernizing Lebanon’s public administration and making government services more transparent, accessible and citizen-centered.
