The Internal Security Forces have arrested two Hezbollah members at the Dahr al-Baidar checkpoint after discovering hundreds of kilograms of the highly explosive substance C-4 in their vehicle, according to MTV's website sources.
Military police are now questioning the two suspects to determine whether others were involved in the explosives shipment.
