Aoun, Lawandos review security operations and anti-corruption drive
President of the Republic Joseph Aoun was briefed by State Security Director General, Major General Edgar Lawandos, on the outcome of his visit to Azerbaijan and participation in the Baku Security Forum, as well as the results of his visits to Russia and Belarus.
The meeting also addressed the work of the State Security Directorate within its assigned responsibilities, particularly oversight of public administrations and institutions and efforts to combat corruption and bribery.
