Customs clearance office owners at Masnaa suspend strike
Owners of customs clearance offices at Masnaa announced the suspension of their open-ended strike as of noon today, following contacts by Economy and Trade Minister Amer Bisat and Higher Council of Customs Chairman Brig. Gen. Misbah Khalil.
A delegation representing the office owners is scheduled to meet Brig. Gen. Khalil at his office in Beirut tomorrow, while a meeting with the economy minister is set for Friday to discuss their demands and the objections that prompted the strike.
