Photos: Israeli Army Reveals What It Found in Southern Lebanon
Israeli army spokesperson Ella Waweya wrote on X:
“IDF forces from the 91st Division continue to focus their efforts on locating and destroying Hezbollah weapons and military equipment that remain inside the security zone. As part of these efforts, dozens of weapons and pieces of military equipment have been found in recent days.
Over the past few days, soldiers from the 401st, 4th and 300th Brigades found Kalashnikov rifles, RPGs, explosive devices, hand grenades, ammunition magazines, as well as additional military equipment.
Meanwhile, forces from the Shahaf (869) Intelligence Collection Unit identified a suspect in the Ras al-Bayada area who approached IDF forces in a manner that posed a threat to them. Forces from the 55th Brigade fired warning shots to deter him, but he continued approaching and did not respond to the troops’ calls. The forces then fired toward him to eliminate the threat.”
