Swimming Ban Warning Issued Across Lebanon’s Coastline
The Lebanese Civil Defense Directorate has warned citizens against swimming along the entire Lebanese coastline, from Aabdeh in the north to Naqoura in the south, due to high waves and strong sea currents that increase the risk of drowning and pose a threat to their lives.
The Directorate urged everyone to exercise caution, refrain from swimming until sea conditions improve, and follow public safety guidelines and instructions issued by the relevant authorities.
