Al-Qard Al-Hasan in the hands of the judiciary
MTV’s website reported that Justice Minister Adel Nassar sent a letter earlier this week to the Public Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation requesting an investigation into financial companies operating in violation of laws, exceeding their licensed activities, or operating without licenses, particularly Al-Qard Al-Hasan.
It added, citing Ministry of Justice sources, that it is no longer acceptable to remain silent about the institution’s activities, and that the judiciary must investigate the file and enforce the law on all companies, especially Al-Qard Al-Hasan.
