Scattered rainfall is expected, at times becoming heavier, particularly in northern areas, accompanied by lightning, thunder and occasional strong winds. Sunny intervals are expected at times.

General situation: Lebanon and the eastern Mediterranean basin are under the influence of a moderately active low-pressure system centered northwest of Turkey, accompanied by relatively cold air masses. The system is expected to affect the region until Sunday afternoon, after which weather conditions will gradually stabilize.
Average October temperatures: Beirut: 21–29°C; Tripoli: 20–28°C; Zahle: 13–27°C.

Thursday: Generally overcast, with a significant drop in temperatures, particularly in the mountains and inland areas, where temperatures will fall below seasonal averages. Fog will form over the mountains, reducing visibility. Scattered rainfall is expected, at times becoming heavier, particularly in northern areas, accompanied by thunderstorms and strong winds that will cause sea conditions to become rough. Some sunny intervals are expected during the day.

Saturday: Partly cloudy to overcast, with no change in temperatures and fog over the mountains. Scattered rainfall is expected before noon, with a chance of thunderstorms. Rain will ease in the afternoon, with longer sunny spells.
Sunday: Partly cloudy, with a slight rise in temperatures and fog over the mountains. Localized morning rainfall is expected in northern areas, with conditions gradually improving throughout the day.
