Housing Loans Get an AI Upgrade
Housing Bank has announced the upcoming launch of DINA (Digital Intelligent Navigation Assistant), a new AI-powered digital assistant as part of the bank’s ongoing efforts to accelerate its digital transformation and enhance its services.
According to a statement, DINA is being developed to provide customers with instant, clear and reliable information about the housing loans offered by the bank, including eligibility requirements, required documents and loan simulations. The service will be available around the clock, seven days a week, in Arabic, French and English.
The bank described the initiative as an important milestone in its digital transformation, reflecting its commitment to making information more accessible, improving its services and enhancing the customer experience.
It added that the successful implementation of DINA will require cooperation and support from all of the bank’s departments and divisions, as well as from the financial and banking institutions it works with, borrowers and prospective applicants.
The bank said further details on how the application will work, internal coordination and the official launch date will be announced soon.
