Wahhab to MTV: “Al-Sharaa Will Enter Lebanon… and These Are His Conditions!”
Former minister Wiam Wahhab told MTV that he has information that Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa will enter Lebanon, but there are red lines he will not be allowed to cross, including Druze and Christian areas, adding that “al-Sharaa’s conditions for entering Lebanon are an official Lebanese position, a commitment from the Lebanese army not to confront him, and air support to protect Damascus.”
He added that “the purpose of bringing al-Sharaa into Lebanon is to ignite a Sunni-Shiite conflict.”
