Berri meets French envoy
Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri received French presidential envoy Jean-Yves Le Drian and the accompanying delegation at Ain el-Tineh, in the presence of French Ambassador Hervé Magro.
The talks focused on developments in Lebanon, recent political and security developments, and Lebanese-French relations.
Separately, Berri held talks with Imran Riza on the repercussions of ongoing Israeli attacks on Lebanon, with particular emphasis on displacement issues, humanitarian needs and United Nations programs operating in the country.
